Our twin/double room with a king-size bed was prepared upon our arrival.

The venue is clean, with best possible location right by Ataturk airport and historical center and markets and public transport. I would stay here again because of its responsive staff🙂

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and provided excellent 24/7 assistance in the lobby. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the tram and just off the main street. This made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area and visit Aksaray shopping centers. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable with a king-size bed and basic amenities. The fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

The location was super convenient; we were able to get to all our planned activities quickly. the hotel had complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast included in the price, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Although the location was convenient, it was on a noisy street and the windows did not block out the noise well. the shower also had black mold and was not very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right next to the tram and just off the main street. It was so convenient to get around and explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even recommended some great places to visit in the city. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. I really appreciated that breakfast was included, it was a great way to start the day.

Mehmet, in particular, provided exceptional service and even gave me a great discount. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite its small size, it had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by shops, restaurants, and transportation options, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend The Ferah for its fantastic location, excellent management, and comfortable rooms.
